At Big Valley Custom Homes, our professional in-home design team, using the latest computer software and your ideas, can help you design your home to meet your specific needs. We want you to feel comfortable and confident that your home will look and feel the way you dreamed it to be.

All our homes are custom designed taking into consideration the orientation and contours of the building sites as well as the lifestyle or physical needs of the occupants, possibly requiring "Barrier Free" designs.

The house plans we have enclosed, are an introduction to the company and are not meant to limit you in any way. Feel free to sketch changes on these or send us your own ideas after which we can turn them into a scaled floor plan that can be accurately priced.

We can accept most Auto CAD files that are emailed to us in either DXF or DWG format.

When working with a client long distance, proofs are sent by fax or email to keep the customer current on all changes.

When a contract is signed between the customer & Big Valley Custom Homes the cost of the plans for the project are deducted from the total package price. This is our way of saying thank you for purchasing our product.
