Scaled preliminary plans drawn to represent a visual interpretation of the clients ideas.
	Once these plans have our clients approval, we will ask specific questions such as type of wall & roof sheeting, siding, roofing, etc. so we can give our clients a set price including freighting to their building site.
	When the contract has been enacted, all wheels are put into motion to meet our clients shipping deadline. The planning department will go into drawing up all required plans including engineering to satisfy local and national building codes and to obtain necessary building permits.
	While the foundation is being placed, our manufacturing plant will be assembling the house package and getting it ready for shipping.
	When the clients house package is delivered on the scheduled day, if possible (due to site location) a company representative will be on site to help in checking off the load and answer any questions that the client/builder may have.
