Welcome to our web site. Having been in the pre-manufacturing of custom homes and
commercial projects since 1970, I have seen the industry and technology grow by leaps and bounds with the introduction
of truss roofs, seismic design for earthquake-prone areas, passive and active solar heat, and silent floor "I" joist systems
and many more proven efficient cost cutting methods which we have incorporated into all of our clients projects.
Spending time in the industry, I’ve noticed one thing that keeps coming to the forefront; client’s want to be involved in all facets of their projects and rightly so, but there are still companies out there that will hand out their plan book and say “pick a plan out and we’ll build it for you” without any thought for the clients specific needs. We have reversed this process and put our clients in the position of being “Boss”. With their input, we can help them create and save through the whole process, from the initial designing of their home to being there for them with our technical support team as the home is being constructed. Trust & Integrity are words bantered about in our industry with little thought of their real meaning, but these words have to be fought for every day of the week. After many years under your belt, there comes a day when your clients come back to you and equate these two words with your chosen life's work, this and long lasting friendships that we’ve made through our endeavors makes everything worth while and a pleasure to come to work every day.
