A Letter from the Scotts

Dear Mr. Schwab and Mr. Neil:

We are writing this letter to thank you for our beautiful home.

Being from Seattle we are all too familiar with the service routine of becoming a number, getting intermittent response, and then having no real recourse when dissatisfied with the service we received. We were concerned such would be the case when we decided to build a new home in Kettle Falls, given that we would be attempting to monitor the progress from Seattle.

The initial decision to purchase the home from Big Valley Homes and South Basin Construction turned out to be the most important decision we made. We have been pleasantly surprised at every turn by Big Valley Homes and South Basin Construction. Big Valley Homes and South Basin Construction were exceptionally responsive and addressed all of our concerns throughout the project.

As for the quality and appearance of the home, we are very pleased. We were originally reluctant to select a pre-fabricated home for fear our design possibilities would be too restrictive and the finished product would have an “assembly line” feel. When the home was complete, nothing could be further form the truth. The house was designed to our specifications and feels as though is was constructed on site.

We could not hesitate to recommend Big Valley Homes and South Basin Construction to anyone considering building a home in our area.
